As the leading and elite group of magicians in the Philippines, Inner Magic Club takes its self-imposed mission seriously.  Its officers run the organization like a corporation. They never fail to conduct a yearly planning session to map out IMC’s course and formulate strategies to attain its goals.

This year, led by President Cris Castro, the IMC officers went to Baguio City, the summer capital of the Philippines, for a two-day planning conference.

Aside from enjoying Baguio’s scenic spots and second-hand stores, the officers spent serious time in crafting plans and strategies. The intention was to allow the Club to thrive in the changing magical landscape both here in the Philippines and abroad and to respond to the modern-day challenges.

As soon as the secretary will have finished the report out of his copious notes, I will share with you some of the highlights of our dream for IMC this year and in the near future.

Meantime here are few photos taken from the planning session.  More to follow in the next days ahead, as soon as our group’s photo buffs will email me the shots they took during our stay in Baguio.

As facilitator, Professor Al Leonidas keeps the discussion lively and productive.

Chairman Emeritus Boy Alviz is all eyes and ears to the topic at hand.

Doc Moraleta suggests a solution to an issue that has been hounding IMC during regular meetings.
